Relationships, not just connections.
What will you get out of Enrich?
-
Big decisions are harder when you make them alone. Enrich provides a network of trusted relationships with fellow executives tackling the same challenges. We connect you to your peers through roundtables, curated networking, intimate dinners, structured workshops, and an always-on community platform. Plus, we bring in visionary speakers who have done this all before to light your way.
-
When it’s time to take that next big step in your career, Enrich has built the network to support you. The best executive jobs aren’t posted publicly - it’s all about who you know.
-
Many of our members are executives who are thinking about launching something new. When making this leap, you’ll need support to validate your idea, get early customers and gain the confidence to jump. We host monthly coach-led roundtables for founders and aspiring founders to vet ideas, share insights and support one another.
You have (frequently asked) questions, we have answers.
Who is Enrich for?
Enrich is exclusively for senior leaders—Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives—in technical roles at tech companies. Our members typically work at companies with 100 to 5,000 full-time employees. Our members include C-suites and senior leaders at companies like Asana, 1Password, Glassdoor, Strava, Cloudflare, Envoy, Coalition, OpenAI and others.
How do I get accepted into Enrich?
Enrich is a private network for growth-minded senior leaders. You can join Enrich two ways: i) find a referral ii) participate in the application process, which involves a series of questions and an interview. We’re looking for people who are interested in honing their craft, driven, smart, and willing to help others in a network.
What industry do most of your members come from?
Nearly all of our members are leaders at private venture backed or PE backed tech companies. We do have some members from public companies like Asana, Google, Roblox - but everyone has experience in the tech industry. Within tech, our members come from a wide variety of backgrounds - fintech, healthcare, software, hardware, Ecommerce, Retail, Enterprise Software, SAAS and others.

Where and how often are Enrich IRL events?
We host IRL events at least every quarter in the SF Bay Area, NYC, Seattle and LA. In other cities - like Boston, Austin, and Chicago - we facilitate and coordinate members to meet in person. The IRL nature of Enrich is an important component of our membership.
Where do Enrich members live?
Eighty percent of our members are based in the Bay Area, while the remaining 20% are in NYC, LA, Seattle, Austin, Boston, and Chicago. We're actively expanding our presence beyond the Bay Area.
What is the mission of Enrich?
Our mission is to help leaders move through the world with self assurance, clarity and confidence. We want those leaders to have a positive impact on their companies, their teams and the people they work with.
How do Enrich’s structured conversations work?
Every Enrich session is led by an executive coach. The role of the coach is to facilitate the conversation, run the structure, and ensure the conversation runs smoothly.
How do Enrich peer groups work?
About 30% of our network takes part in peer groups—small, curated cohorts of 8–10 members that meet every three weeks, guided by an executive coach. Each group runs for six months as a closed cohort, meaning no new members join once the program begins.
Peer groups offer a unique space for senior leaders to gain accountability, support, and validation from peers. Members build deeper relationships and develop a trusted network they can rely on for guidance and connections when they need it most.
Is Enrich free to join?
Enrich is not free to join—our members pay for access to high-quality peers, curated programming, and a thoughtfully managed community. We’re selective about who we admit to ensure it’s a great mutual fit. Please contact Enrich for pricing.
