Our members are C-level leaders, VPs and Directors from high-growth and public tech companies. Our members are growth-minded leaders striving to excel in today’s complex work environment.

We have an annual subscription for both individuals and teams. Schedule a call with our membership team to get the details.

Your membership year begins the month and day that you start with enrich. A membership unlocks unlimited access to both enrich conversations and peer groups. Our peer groups with required attendance meet once every 3 to 4 weeks, and enrich conversations with optional attendance run 3 times weekly. We also will match you one-on-one with any leader at any time.

You’re expected to attend a one-hour peer group meeting every three weeks. This lightweight commitment is something our members appreciate. For those who need topical advice on a topic, you can drop into an enrich conversation as well. Those are 45 minutes and 3 happen each week.

When you join enrich, we’ll ask you for your availability and preferences to engage. Then you’re put on a waitlist for a peer group. Once you’re matched into a group, you will start to see calendar invites with a Zoom link. Enrich conversations also happen over Zoom.
